Stephanie graduates with her Masters in Public Health with a concentration in infectious diseases in May 2024 from Virginia Tech. In the little free time she has, she loves volunteering at the animal shelter, taking walks, and going to trivia.
She loves to donate platelets because it helps people and nobody talks to her for 3 hours.
Anouk Rudd
Maid of Honor
Anouk is from Floyd, Virginia. She has a biology degree from Longwood University. Her family owns a chocolate shop, Cocoa Mia, and made the yummy desserts for the reception. Stephanie and Anouk met in 2018 at Governor's School in Pulaski, Virginia, and they have been inseparable since.
Anouk enjoys going on the Virginia Department of Health's website to read the health department inspection records for restaurants across the state and judging them.
Kaity McCullough
Bridesmaid
Kaity is from Powhatan, Virginia, but recently moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is currently acting as a platoon leader in the Army at Fort Carson. She loves spending as much time as possible outside and adventuring around the state. Stephanie and Kaity met in 2020 in the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets and lived together their senior year.
Kaity's first words were 'I want that'.
Julia Moschella
Bridesmaid
Julia is from Christiansburg, Virginia, but currently lives in Charlottesville, Virginia. She is a 2024 graduate with a Master's in exercise physiology and is planning to start working full time at a cardiac rehab later this summer. She loves to do just about anything outdoors, exploring new places, and hanging out with friends. Stephanie and Julia met in middle school through band, soccer, basketball, and probably anything else.
In middle school, Julia's nickname was Pancakes because she was a 'short stack'.
Lindsey Devine
Bridesmaid
Lindsey is from Morganton, North Carolina. She is the second youngest of the Devine siblings and the only girl. She graduates from Patton High School in June 2024 and will be attending college in the fall.
Lindsey is left-handed and enjoys Frank Ocean.
Joshua Devine
Groom
Joshua graduated with his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia in May 2022. Since then, he has been a Software Engineer at Capital One. In his free time, you'll probably find him on a hiking trail or a disc golf course somewhere.
Joshua would happily pick up any frog he comes across.
Ian Switzer
Best Man
Ian is from Richmond, Virginia, but currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Hannah. Ian graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Computer Science in 2023; he is now a Software Engineer at EngageSmart. Since moving into his new home, he has been 3D printing anything and everything. Joshua and Ian met at UVA through the 'CS Pilot Program' which definitely wasn't about planes.
Ian has been skydiving both indoors and outdoors.
Jared Arnold

Jarold is from Wytheville, Virginia, but now resides in Williamsburg, Virginia. Jared also graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Computer Science in 2023. He is now an App Engineer at Index AR Solutions. Jared is an explorer at heart--he's roadtripped across the US and recently ventured across Iceland in a van. Joshua and Jared have known eachother for too long. They met in kindergarten, grew up together in Wytheville, and were college roommates at UVA.
Jared saved Joshua's life once.
Joseph Banks
Groomsman
Joseph, big surprise, also graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Computer Science in 2022. He is now a Software Engineer at DataDog, working from the New York Times Building in NYC. Joshua and Joseph may be thousands of miles apart, but the moment they reconvene, they begin scheming like they always do. Just ask Ian.
Joseph was born in a log cabin in the middle of Vermont during a snowstorm.
Noah Devine

Noah is the second oldest of the Devine siblings. He is currently attending Virginia Commonwealth University and will graduate in May 2024 with a B.S. in Financial Technology and a concentration in Actuarial Science. In a unique turn of events, Joshua and Noah have had the privilege to live together in Richmond.
Noah is an amateur filmmaker.
