Ingredients
1 can salmon
Chili powder
1 large onion
Lemon juice
1 bell or poblano pepper
Sriracha
2 eggs
1/2 cup mayo
Bread crumbs
Dill
Onion powder
Ground mustard
Garlic powder
Salt/pepper
Paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Drain and debone salmon.
Using a fork, break apart salmon.
Add finely chopped onion and pepper, eggs, lemon juice, seasonings, and breadcrumbs until solid.
Add breadcrumbs as needed.
On a foil lined cookie sheet, form patties.
Cook for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
If still wet, broil for two minutes.
In a small bowl, combine mayo, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, and sriracha.
Serve with sauce on side or on top.
