Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon
  • Chili powder
  • 1 large onion
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 bell or poblano pepper
  • Sriracha
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • Bread crumbs
  • Dill
  • Onion powder
  • Ground mustard
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt/pepper
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Drain and debone salmon.
  3. Using a fork, break apart salmon.
  4. Add finely chopped onion and pepper, eggs, lemon juice, seasonings, and breadcrumbs until solid.
  5. Add breadcrumbs as needed.
  6. On a foil lined cookie sheet, form patties.
  7. Cook for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. If still wet, broil for two minutes.
  9. In a small bowl, combine mayo, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, and sriracha.
  10. Serve with sauce on side or on top.
