Ingredients
2 cans pineapple tidbits, drained
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
6 TBSP flour
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix sugar and flour.
Add pineapple and cheese to the dry mixture.
Once fully combined, add to a 10x12 baking dish and ensure it’s evenly spread.
Melt the butter and combine with crushed crackers.
Evenly spread the cracker mixture atop the pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.
