Ingredients

  • 2 cans pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 TBSP flour
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix sugar and flour.
  3. Add pineapple and cheese to the dry mixture.
  4. Once fully combined, add to a 10x12 baking dish and ensure it’s evenly spread.
  5. Melt the butter and combine with crushed crackers.
  6. Evenly spread the cracker mixture atop the pineapple mixture.
  7. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot or cold.
