Ingredients

  • 3 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 4oz pimento peppers
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Using KitchenAid, fully soften and cream the cream cheese
  2. Add and combine cheddar cheese, pimento peppers, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, ancho chili powder, salt, and pepper
  3. Beat everything together
  4. Serve immediately
  5. Store in air-tight container for up to three days
