Creamy Pesto Rigatoni & Hot Italian Sausage

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces hot Italian Sausage, ground
  • 10 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 ounce sliced roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup Bechamel sauce
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta as directed.
  2. In a large pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil on medium-high heat and add sausage.
  3. Once browned, add peppers into sausage and mix until combined and soft.
  4. Add Bechamel, pesto, pasta, and 2 teaspoons of water into the pan.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Serve with parmesan.
