Ingredients

  • 2 packs crab
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 green onions
  • Soy sauce
  • Lemon juice
  • Rice vinegar
  • Celery seed
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sesame oil
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Using the KitchenAid, shred the crab. Set aside in a glass bowl.
  2. Using the paddle attachment, whip the cream cheese.
  3. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, chopped green onions, lemon juice, celery seed, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Whip until combined.
  4. Add in cream cheese mixture to crab and combine until properly saturated.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy over rice or alone.
