Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 package of bacon
  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1 package of soft taco shells
  • 3/4 cup of buttermilk
  • 1 bottle of ranch
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • Garlic salt, onion powder, and whatever else to taste
  • 1/3 cup of buffalo sauce
  • Bag of coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375
  2. Mix the flour and other spices together.
  3. Add the buttermilk and mix until you acheive a thick batter
  4. Break the cauliflower up into small florets and drench them in the batter.
  5. Put tin foil in the air fryer for easier cleanup and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Place the covered florets into the air fryer and cook for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. While cooking, mix the butter and the buffalo sauce together.
  8. Mix up the coleslaw mix and a little bit of ranch until the cole slaw is barely covered.
  9. Cover the cooked florets in the buffalo butter sauce.
  10. Warm up the tortilla shells and put the florets, cole salw mix, and a bit of ranch in a shell. Serve and enjoy.
