Ingredients

Salad

  • 8 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TBSP granulated sugar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss thoroughly to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
